Stretching on the Table (12 CE hours)

In this 12- hour continuing education course, participants will:

-Examine the anatomy & physiology involved in stretching

-Identify the actions of muscle groups and how they are affected by range of motion exercises

-Incorporate stretching techniques from several modalities including; Swedish Gymnastics, Thai Massage, MFR, PSS, PNF, AIS MET, and Pin and Stretch

-Create a customized stretching session for your client’s specific needs

-Design stretching routines for your client’s after session care

This class is approved by the NCBTMB for 12 CE hours for NC LMBTs.

Registration:  $150 AMTA Member |  $225 Non-Member

Participants need to bring:

Each participant should wear comfortable clothing (possibly layers), Massage Table and Sheets
