• 1 set of sheets (you are the one using them may use 2 days in a row)3 pillows
• 1 small towel
• Castor oil
• Hot water bottle or other heat source
• 1 flannel pillowcase or cloth that can be folded over 2-4 times for castor oil pack (for sale in class with kit: $25).
