Board meetings are held on the 4th floor of our office building, located at 4140 ParkLake Avenue, Raleigh NC 27612. Click the Board Contact link for specific directions to the meeting location. Meetings typically begin at 10:00am and are open to the public, pursuant to the North Carolina Open Meetings Law.
There is generally a 15-minute public comment period* at each meeting, at the Board’s discretion.
Any individual or group who wishes to address the Board shall make a request to the Board office to be placed on the agenda. Such request shall be made in writing and must be received at least 14 days prior to a regular meeting of the Board. The chair will determine whether the item will be placed on the agenda. The individual or group shall be notified at least three working days in advance of the meeting whether the item will be on the agenda.
