Stretching on the Table (12 CE hours)

In this 12- hour continuing education course, participants will:

-Examine the anatomy & physiology involved in stretching

-Identify the actions of muscle groups and how they are affected by range of motion exercises

-Incorporate stretching techniques from several modalities including; Swedish Gymnastics, Thai Massage, MFR, PSS, PNF, AIS MET, and Pin and Stretch

-Create a customized stretching session for your client’s specific needs

-Design stretching routines for your client’s after session care


This class is approved by the NCBTMB for 12 CE hours for NC LMBTs.


Registration:  $150 AMTA Member |  $225 Non-Member


Participants need to bring:

Each participant should wear comfortable clothing (possibly layers), Massage Table and Sheets

Creating Your Own Ethical Roadmap (5 CE) @ Online (Zoom)

Creating Your Own Ethical Roadmap, an online course for wellness providers, focused on licensed massage therapists. This class is meant to empower therapists to understand that they can navigate scenarios and gain clarity in what they feel is best for their own practice.


We will:

  • Define 6 different types of boundaries
  • Discuss energetics around money
  • Cover understanding conflict
  • Define and discuss Integrity
  • Highlight intentional and ethical marketing
  • Look at course corrections


This class is best suited for those willing to participate and be open to practical examples of real situations that come up in massage therapy.
